Gratitude vs Anxiety

"The brain cannot respond to anxiety and gratitude at the same time. It is an “either/or” situation. We can feel anxious and other negative feelings, or we can feel grateful and all of the positive emotions that are associated with it."

- Cindy Stellar, Gratitude and Anxiety Cannot Coexist

"Thank God" began with a recognition of this profound truth: our brains cannot simultaneously experience gratitude and anxiety; these emotions are mutually exclusive. What a brilliant design our God created. With this in mind, we encourage you to rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). We hope our apparel and accessories can help you reach this goal.

What is Thank God?

We are two college students with a passion for recognizing all the little blessings in life, which are so easy to miss when life gets chaotic and stressful. God deserves recognition for His miracles, so we are on a mission to encourage people to thank God for the big and small things in life!

The name "Thank God" also allows for perfect opportunities to spread God's love when worn on a shirt!
